CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7(O&G) am                                    
Supporting the lifting of the ban on the export of Alaska North                
Slope crude oil, requesting the President of the United States to              
present to the United States Congress a recommendation that it is              
both in the national interest to lift the ban on the export of Alaska          
North Slope crude oil and discriminatory to the state to maintain the          
ban, and endorsing passage of H.R. 70 and S. 70, companion federal             
legislation to remove restraints on the export of that oil, was read           
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                  
shown as a cross sponsor on the resolution.  Without objection, it             
was so ordered.                                                                
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.

The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION                      
NO. 7(O&G) am Supporting the lifting of the ban on the export of               
Alaska North Slope crude oil, requesting the President of the United           
States to present to the United States Congress a recommendation               
that it is both in the national interest to lift the ban on the export of      
Alaska North Slope crude oil and discriminatory to the state to                
maintain the ban, and endorsing passage of H.R. 70 and S. 70,                  
companion federal legislation to remove restraints on the export of            
that oil, pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following
